Getting started is easy. First, you request a quote for your desired blinds or curtains. Once you approve it, our team gets straight to work manufacturing your custom order. When everything is perfect, we package your premium window treatments securely and ship them directly to your door.

Because every blind and curtain is custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept general returns. However, we stand firmly by our craftsmanship. If you can show that a product was damaged due to a manufacturing error on our end, we will gladly arrange partial compensation. Please keep in mind that we aren't liable for any damage caused by the courier once the parcel leaves our hands.

We charge a flat R100 delivery fee for all parcels across Gauteng. If you're based in the Johannesburg or Pretoria metropolitan areas, that fee drops to just R50. For deliveries outside these regions, we calculate a custom delivery fee based on your exact distance.
